Welcome to the International Union of Elevator Constructors Local 126's website.

Local 126 represent the men and women who currently work in the Elevator Trade within the 50th State. We are a highly skilled craft and through extensive training and schooling provided by our International we are able to maintain that standard.  Our members install, maintain, repair, and modernize all conveyances which includes but is not limited to elevators, escalators, dumbwaiters, moving walks, wheelchair lifts, and other vertical transportation equipment within the State of Hawai'i.

We also provide bargaining unit representation, as well as education, pension, medical, dental, and vision plans and other traditional union services to our members.
